- To carry out the solicitation, sale, and management of, and to inform clients about, products and services relating to qualified institutional investor exemption business and the financial instruments business (Type II Financial Instruments Business, Investment Advisory and Agency Business, and Investment Management Business).

- To assess the appropriateness of providing products and services in light of the principle of suitability and the like.
- To verify the identity of the client or the agent of the client.
